Code to create Contact Us Page

Here is a file for you to create   "Contact Us Form"  

for your blogger website.

How to use the code:

1. First of all, download the Code file.
2. Open the Code File.
3. Click Ctrl + A and select the code
4. Click Ctrl + C and copy the code.
5. Go to page in your blog dashboard.
6. Click on Create New page.
7. In the Page Title, Write  " Contact Us"
8. In the content area, click on HTML.
9. Paste all the code in HTML editor.
10. On the right sidebar, in Search Description field, write Contact Us.
11. Now publish the page.
12. You are all done with it.
13. Enjoy your Contact form.
